Lithium Tantalite (LT) Grinding

SAW devices are currently used in image media equipment and mobile communication devices such as mobile phones.

Various grinding tools and process conditions are available to grind LT with a suitable roughness according to the type of SAW device. Below is an example of a request from a customer for different levels of roughness.
